Additionally, it is recommended that you use headphones during sessions, as this helps to maintain your privacy and can help with call quality. Make sure that your connection is strong from wherever you choose to meet. A low-quality connection makes it hard to hold the session. If possible, test a video call from your location before your first appointment to make sure your internet can support video.
